The AMS has partnered with the Graduate Education Foundation (GEF), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving professional health care education. GEF has created CMElectures.org, a unique, interactive, web-based approach to delivering quality CME. The depth of its content reflects an understanding of today’s health care practitioner, and responds to their desire to improve their knowledge and the quality of care they provide to their patients. Most importantly, the lectures are unbiased and free of industry influence or financial support.

CMElectures.org provides AMS member physicians with an online lecture series that reflects the quality, content and educational benefit previously experienced only in the traditional grand-rounds hospital environment. The lectures are presented in a multimedia format, which will enable you to engage in a more convenient and dynamic learning experience.

Grand Rounds Online currently offers over 125 lectures. Each seminar is: Lecture series cover 18 areas of specialty. All lectures are original, evidence-based, timely and routinely updated as changes in clinical practice warrant.

Grand Rounds Online is also a clinical information library. Through this site, you or your staff can access Grand Rounds Online in real-time as clinical issues arise in your day-to-day practice. The website and lectures can also serve as tools to illustrate medical information to your patients.

An annual subscription will soon be available through AMS at an attractive member-only discount. Before enrolling, you may access Grand Rounds Online and review up to three lectures at no cost.

GEF is fully accredited by the ACCME for continuing medical education.
