Journal of the Arkansas Medical Society
Established in 1880, The Journal’s original mission was to provide valuable information and scientific articles to member physicians and serve as a communications tool for the Society. The Journal will continue to bolster our mission of empowering physicians and improving medicine in the state of Arkansas.
The Journal is published quarterly, and has a current circulation of 4,200 paid subscribers and members of the society. The Journal is member-focused and contains timely feature articles, updates on practice management, insurance, legislation, health policy, as well as member news, leadership updates, member profiles, and medical school news.

Marketing Opportunities
The Journal of the Arkansas Medical Society is the official publication of AMS. It has a current circulation of 4,500, including the membership of the Society and paid subscribers. The Society’s membership is comprised of physicians representing all medical specialties in all areas of the state, as well as medical students and residents.
The Journal is printed quarterly and each issue contains a variety of timely feature articles, updates from subject matter experts on legislation, practice management, health policy, member news, benefits, public health updates, and more.
