SCHIP Vaccine Shipment Begins Next Week

The Arkansas Department of Health will begin shipping SCHIP Vaccines out to the private sector beginning next week.

The process will be:

1. The entire first order request that came in from providers during July and August will be shipped to those providers.
2. If the provider sent a second order we will discard that second order. This will keep any confusion down.
3. ADH has not received word on the availability of Menveo. The Menveo may come in a separate shipment but will be received.
4. The providers will be able to place their second order for SCHIP starting September 1.
5. We will only send out partial boxes in the future if a provider asks for a split order.
