• Special note relating to health coverage — Open Enrollment for the Health Insurance Marketplace ends January 31, 2016.  If you do not enroll in a 2016 health insurance plan by January 31, 2016, you cannot enroll in a health insurance plan in the Marketplace for 2016 unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period due to certain life changes.  There’s no limited enrollment period for Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
