Arkansas Minority Health Commission – Arkansas HIV Testing Study
AMS has been asked to assist the Arkansas Minority Health Commission in responding to a study requested by the Jt. Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee of the Arkansas General Assembly. The goal of the study is to examine ways to reduce the number of new cases of HIV in Arkansas. As part of that study, the Commission is seeking input from physicians that will help them to better understand the barriers to routine HIV testing at medical facilities.
To gather this data, the Commission is asking physicians to complete a short survey about their preferences and opinions regarding HIV testing. It should take about three minutes to complete the questions. Of course, all responses are confidential and will not identify the person completing the survey.
