Private Option Passes in House!

Today, April 16, 2013, the Arkansas House of Representatives passed the private option appropriation by a vote of 77-23. Picking up 8 votes from the failed attempt yesterday. 75 votes were needed. The issue now goes to the senate where it will need 27 votes.
